Our Story

In 2020, I experienced the kind of loss that forces you to rediscover who you are. I didn’t just walk away from the sport that had defined my childhood—I lost my outlet, my release, my rhythm. I had to relearn how to take care of myself, both physically and mentally.

That journey of healing began in the most unexpected place: skincare.

There’s something deeply special about a long, soul-resetting “everything shower”—when you step out feeling fresh, grounded, and radiant. It was in those moments that I began to rebuild. I started to feel like me again. My version of beautiful began to change—and I wanted to share that with the world.

In December 2020, at just 16 years old, I launched my first skincare line: Naturally Beautiful by Ariel. It was my way of offering others the same luxurious feeling I found through intentional self-care. I used homemade, vegan, and naturally sourced ingredients—formulated with love, and designed to nurture and heal.

As someone who struggled with keratosis pilaris (often called “strawberry legs”), finding the right exfoliant felt impossible. So I made one myself. And then came my signature body butter, crafted to end the endless cycle of dry, ashy skin that store-bought lotions never seemed to fix. My brand became my safe space—a place where I could share not just products, but pieces of my own self-care routine.

What began with friends and family quickly grew—reaching customers across 23 states, and breaking even in an impressive 4 months. Through that experience, I discovered a passion for educating others about self-care, self-love, and mental wellness. That mission lit a fire in me. But life shifted again.

When I left for college and suffered a season-ending injury within my first weeks on campus, I had to put my business on pause. It wasn’t easy—but I knew I’d return. And I promised myself that when I did, I’d come back stronger.

Now, four years later, I’ve graduated at the top of my class with a Bachelor of Science in Business Admin. And that same passion that started this journey? It’s burning brighter than ever.

To me, bare doesn’t mean empty. It means honest. Grounded. Real. You can find beauty even in the barest of rooms… even in the darkest of nights. Bare Beauty is about honoring yourself exactly as you are—while giving your body and soul the care they deserve.
