Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please ensure that you review all product descriptions and ingredient lists before purchasing.
π³ Refunds
We only offer refunds for the following situations:

You received a damaged or defective product

You received an incorrect item in your order
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect product

Your order number and a brief explanation
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5β7 business days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank.
We do not issue refunds for items lost or stolen in transit. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order.
π Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 3β5 business days unless otherwise stated. We currently ship within the U.S. using USPS or UPS based on your location and package weight.
If a product is marked as out of stock, please allow up to 2 weeks for restocking and processing, as our items are handmade in small batches and may require time for ingredient sourcing or packaging restock.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or incorrect addresses.
